Data Deletion Instructions

1. Delete Threads connection information

In the signed-in PurplePrint MCP, use Disconnect Social Channel (pp_social_disconnect). A successful disconnect revokes the Meta token and deletes the stored Threads connection information. If you cannot access the connection or the request does not complete, email contact@purpleprint-ai.com.

If you asked to be registered as a Threads tester, use cancel in Request Threads Tester Access (pp_social_tester_request) to delete the username you gave us. Once your connection is complete, the username is deleted automatically.

2. Threads posts already published

Disconnecting an account does not delete posts or replies already published to Threads. Delete them directly in Threads, or, for a post published by PurplePrint, use Delete Approved Social Post (pp_social_delete) in the signed-in MCP and approve that separate action.

3. Delete Instagram connection information

In the signed-in PurplePrint MCP, use Disconnect Social Channel (pp_social_disconnect) and confirm the scope shown. Connections under the same Facebook login in your account may be removed together. The stored connection information and encrypted user access token are deleted. Page access tokens are not stored.

Disconnecting deletes the stored connection information and user access token. If Meta authorization may remain, we explain how to revoke it in Facebook settings.

If you cannot access the connection or disconnect, contact contact@purpleprint-ai.com from your registered email address. Do not send passwords, access tokens or authentication codes.

4. Request deletion of PurplePrint account data

If you cannot access your account or want to request deletion of other PurplePrint account data, email contact@purpleprint-ai.com from your registered email address. Include your PurplePrint login email and connected Threads or Instagram username, if relevant. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or authentication codes.

5. Processing records

Threads access tokens are encrypted on our server and deleted after a successful disconnect. Original publishing text and media payloads are deleted after processing. Content-free digests, post identifiers, processing receipts, and audit records may be retained as needed for duplicate prevention, status checks, and security. See our Privacy Policy for details.
