Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the PurplePrint service (the "Service") provided by PurplePrintAI (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

2. Definitions

• "Service" means the AI product-design coaching, research, and verification tools provided by the Company via its MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and related web pages.
• "User" means any individual who uses the Service under these Terms.
• "Account" means the access credential created by logging in with Google or GitHub for user identification.

3. The Service

The Company provides the following. The Service is currently in beta, and its features, structure, and pricing may change.

• Phase 0–9 product-design coaching and artifact assistance
• Research and verification engines (Hyper-Research, Scenario, etc.) that run inside the user's AI client
• Server-based review engines (Hyper-Review, DAR) available on paid tiers

4. Posting and Amendment of Terms

The Company posts these Terms within the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, and will provide prior notice of the effective date and main reason through the Service, email, or another reasonable method. For material adverse changes to users, the Company will provide notice with as much lead time as reasonably possible.

5. Account and Login

Using the Service requires login via a Google or GitHub account. Users must be at least 14 years of age, and are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and not sharing it with third parties. Minors may need consent from a legal representative to use paid subscriptions.

6. Fees and Payment

• New users receive a 2-week free trial without a credit card.
• Continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are charged periodically based on the payment date and follow the price and terms shown on the product or checkout page.
• Payments are processed by Polar (Merchant of Record); payment method data, tax handling, currency, and receipts follow Polar's policies. The Company does not store raw card numbers or other payment method details.

7. Subscription and Refunds

Subscriptions renew based on the payment date, and users may cancel at any time. After cancellation, access may remain available until the end of the paid period. Refunds, withdrawal, and payment cancellation are handled according to applicable law, the delivery status of the digital service, and Polar's refund policy.

8. User Obligations

Users shall not:

• Input or use content that violates law or the rights of others
• Input unnecessary sensitive information or third-party personal data, including resident registration numbers, financial information, or health information
• Interfere with normal operation of the Service, or create excessive automation or load
• Bypass security, gating, or usage limits, or reverse-engineer or reproduce the Service's structure, prompts, harnesses, or engines without authorization
• Share the account with others or transfer usage rights

9. Intellectual Property and Ownership of Outputs

Intellectual property rights in the Service, system design, engines, prompts, harnesses, UI, and related components belong to the Company. However, design artifacts created by the user through the Service (context documents, design documents, etc.) belong to the user and are stored in the user's local environment. These Terms do not transfer the user's rights in their outputs to the Company.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Suggestions, analyses, and review results produced by the Service's AI are reference material and are not legal, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice. Final decisions made using them and their consequences are the user's responsibility. The Service is provided "as-is" during beta, and the Company does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Changes and Suspension of the Service

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice for material changes.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to the Service are resolved through the procedures prescribed by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer-protection rules apply, those rules prevail.
